Order Information

Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, enter the quantity and click on the "add to cart" button. When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your form.

Order by Phone. Use our Toll-free number at 888-696-8113 (Weekdays 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. PST): We will be able to take your order at the time of your call. If you need assistance outside of the hours listed above, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call within 24 hours.

Mail: To place your order by mail, include your completed order form with product numbers, styles and quantities. Also include a credit card number, personal check or money order payable to Naturally Home for the total amount of charges including shipping and handling, gift wrapping fees, oversize charges and sales tax if applicable.

Sales Tax
Orders that are shipped to Arizona will be charged sales tax.

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Electronic Checks. A personal check or money order may be submitted with a mail order.

Shipping and Rates

Naturally Home ships to addresses in the 50 States, U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and Canada. Shipments within the 48 contiguous states, AK, HI, U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and Canada may be shipped by a variety of methods in the interest of keeping your costs and ours low.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery to Canada.

Delivery to international addresses is currently unavailable.

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the product. At this time, we do not charge an additional handling fee. To find out the actual shipping costs, enter the products into your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your zip code. This will allow us to give you the shipping costs prior to check out. We do not offer free or fixed rate shipping so that we can keep the cost of our products as low as possible. Our shipping rates are not built into the price of our products so that you can get the lowest prices and pay only what we pay for shipping.

We make every effort to ship within 24 hours (Sunday through Thursday) of receipt of your order. Some products may be listed with longer ship times to allow us to provide you with a wider selection of products. Please allow 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for Standard delivery.

FedEx Service
FedEx 2 Day orders of instock items will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped. Please contact our office for pricing on this service.

Recycled Packaging
We would like to make every effort to keep the planet clean while keeping your costs low. We reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse as often as possible.

Product Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund your money. Call our customer service center within 30 days of your order at 888-696-8113 to receive further instructions on returning your product.

We do not believe in overwhelming our customers with unsolicited and annoying emails. We also do not believe in selling names to third party businesses. Your information will be kept completely confidential. You always have the right to opt out of any email groups you sign up for.
